Bilingual Target Language Proficiency Test - Spanish Writing Project

The purpose of this project is to develop an online course to prepare Texas certified teachers to take the written component of the Bilingual Target Language Proficiency Test (TExES #190). The course is an intensive five-week class for participants with a high level of Spanish proficiency.
