Application Procedures
Students interested in the Bilingual Education Program will be required to fill out an application and complete the application process. The application process is competitive and meeting the minimum program prerequisites listed below does not guarantee admission to the program. Cohorts of applicants will be considered twice yearly, once in the spring (for fall admission) and for transfer students in the summer (for fall admission).
Prerequisites
Students must meet these minimum requirements to apply:
- 45-60 completed credit hours,
- an overall GPR of 2.5 or higher,
- completion of INST 310 with a "B" or better,
- completion of or concurrent enrollment in EPFB 210 when applying and
- language proficiency in Spanish.
Application Deadlines
April 1st for general fall admission and August 1st for transferring students.
