This past month our program attended the 36th annual Texas Association for Biligual Education Conference in Arlington, TX. Our Program Coordinator, Janie Kemp, and staff members, Alma Contreras, Tiberio Garza, and Julia Stanka were there to promote the ESL and Bilingual Online Certification Prep. Courses. Overall, our booth was a great success as it allowed us to promote to many districts across Texas.

Also in attendance were 8 undergraduate and current BESO members. They proudly represented Texas A&M. BESO President, Leeann Herrera worked hard to obtain scholarships for all members to attend for free. We commend her on a job well done.
