Presents Project ELLA in Guatemala,
On March 12, 2008, Dr. Rafael Lara-Alecio presented to faculty, students, Ministry of education and agencies working with Bilingual Programs in Guatemala, the five year longitudinal research study being conducted in the USA under the sponsorship of Institute of Educational Sciences, US Department of Education. His presentation was conducted in Spanish and can be seen through the following link.
